‘thanks for bothering’ is a collaborative series of posters that uses heavily experimental letterpress printing techniques. Aimee Determann (Making Ends Meet) and Gregory Cowling were inspired by digital graphic design trends, make-up tutorials and social media aesthetics while fuelled by a rebellious streak with graffiti influences. This timely series is influenced by their daily online and offline experiences in the city of Berlin, including street art seen from the U-Bahn, the feeling of environmental grief, scrolling the web and being too tired after work to keep social commitments.
